Temporary Anchorage Devices (TAD's)

Temporary anchorage devices or TAD's are surgical grade titanium temporary mini implants. They are used in conjunction with braces to move teeth in directions that were previously impossible. They allow for orthodontic treatment with fewer appliances and minimize dental compromises. The use of TAD's have reduced the need for expensive surgeries and tooth replacement of previously extracted or congenitally missing teeth.
